That's what I'm going to talk about today.

Headlines.

I was reading a recent article, newsletter let's say
from Ben Settles.

He's a great writer in my opinion and someone you
should study if you're going to write emails like
I do for a living.

I don't usually tell people my sources, because I've
had to spend money to get them, but today I'm feeling
pretty good after writing my last post about David O.

If you haven't read it yet, you should read it now.

Anyway...

Headlines are important. I hope you read this post's
headline.

I don't know why I wrote that one, but someimtes it's
all about timing and what you as a writer are thinking about.

I must have been thinking about ads and toothpaste
etc to write that but there it is.

When I think about it I can write some killer headlines
and when you read books about marketing and advertising
you find out that everyone works on the headlines first.

I do it and so do the best copywriters.

Well here a couple on me.

"Make money the easy way and never worry about
paying taxes."

"Why you can't make money sitting on your ass, but
you can if you just have a simple idea and act on it."

Now out of those two, which one is best?
